Shanghai Golden Philips to restart PE unit from maintenance

According to market sources, Shanghai Golden Philips Petrochemical Company Limited is planning to restart its PE unit by 13 April 2016.

Based in Shanghai, China, the plant has a production capacity of 135,000 ton/year. It has been shut since 22 March 2016 for a scheduled turnaround and the company is planning to produce HDPE (TR480) grade upon restart.
