Unexpected shutdown at Pucheng Clean Energy's PP plant

According to market sources, Pucheng Clean Energy Chemical Co Ltd has experienced technical glitch on its coal-based polypropylene (PP) plant since 4 February 2016 before Chinese New Year which caused unexpected shutdown.

Located at Shanxi, China, the plant is having a PP capacity of 400,000 ton/year. The operation has not been resumed yet until today and the restart schedule remain unconfirmed.
