It is reported that a major Malaysian producer has announced fresh PP and PE offers for March loading to Indonesia with substantial increases compared to the previous month following the development across the regional market.

The extent of price increment for PP cargoes is visibly higher than PE as the supplier is riding on the firming trend stemming from the heavy concentration on the exporting to Turkey and South America markets.
It is expected that Indonesian customers would enter deals after a small discount due to the lack of cargoes available in both local and the import market.
