Demand has not shown any major sign of improvement, sources said, and in the distribution market, traders continue to soften stance on prices to attract purchasing interest.
“Sentiment has not been budged by the recent trade deal between China and the USA. Customers are very aggressive in placing bids amid weakening upstream ethylene costs,” a trader commented.
