FED cuts rates for the second time in 2019, signalling more to come
The Federal Reserve lowered the key interest rate for the second time since late July 2019, cutting 0.25% sending the rate to 1.75 – 2%. Officials suggest that there might be another cut this year, however, analysts are not seeing the rates falling below the 1.5% benchmark.
