China's Baofeng Phase II plant to offer on-spec PP and HDPE cargoes

According to market sources, Ningxia Baofeng Energy Group Co Ltd has started their new PP and HDPE plants for phase II and going to officially sell their on-spec PP cargoes starting today, and HDPE by 23 September onward.
Based in Ningxia, China, the coal-based Phase II project consists of 300,000 tons/year of PP and 300,000 tons/year of HDPE units.
