Sluggish demand force Thai maker to concede large discount on PE to China
It is reported that a major Thailand producer has announced fresh PE offers to China with a large reduction on HDPE film compared to last week due to the persistently sluggish demand condition in this market.

A source close to the producer informed that LDPE film availability remains very limited as the plant is struggling to restore regular production rate. “Meanwhile, customers are not even interested in placing bids for other grades. The market is very slow at the moment,” the source added.
