China's Ningbo Haiyue shut PDH plant on unfavourable weather condition

Ningbo Haiyue New Material Co Ltd yesterday in an official statement informed that the company was forced to take it PDH plant off-stream on the same day due to unfavourable weather condition. Further details were not released.  

Based in Ningbo, China, the PDH plant has an annual propylene production capacity of 600,000 tons/year. The restart schedule could not be ascertained. According to market sources close to the company, the plant was running at full rate right before the shutdown, supplying mainly to East and South China markets.
