China PP and PE productions output mostly dropped in April: Statistics

According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics of China, PP and PE production output in April mostly dropped from the previous month, except for HDPE, which see a minor increase.
Stringent safety inspection following a series of industrial fire and explosion that forced plants either shut down or lower production rate. This has affected the output negatively. Apparently, PP witnessed a more severe reduction compared to PE.
