Statistics: Import PP, PE to China jumped two digits in March
After a slight delay, the Chinese Customs Department has revealed the import statistics for PP and PE to China in March 2019. The latest figures showed that arrivals for all the grades jumped two digits from the previous month, which is very much expected.

Compared to the first quarter 2018, total PP and PE import to China grew 13.8% in 2019 with LLDPE continue to take the lead. It is expected that demand for PE in China might grow in a healthy pace this year with the support from strong demand from the packaging sector.
