Thai PE moved higher in China, deals achieved satisfactory
It is reported that a major Thailand producer has announced fresh PE offers to China with $15/ton hike from last week and apparently, the acceptance is much better than expected.

Due to the persistent technical issue, the producer does not have any LDPE film quantity this week. Meanwhile, deals concluded for HDPE film is rather satisfactory, from which each customer is limited to 200 tons quantity only.
“The 7000F grade is very tight in the market, especially after the gas pipeline explosion in Iran that caused a couple of plants shutdown here. This might support other suppliers to lift prices in the near term,” a buyer said.
