The reduction is much in line with the softer demand condition given the fast approaching Lunar New Year holidays, sources said, while many are not very optimistic about the outlook in the post-holiday term.
“We think demand would be better in March. At the moment, players are very cautious about keeping too high inventories,” a source added.
