India’s HMEL to startup new PP plant in 2021

According to market sources, HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited (HMEL) is planning to startup its new PP plant by 2021.
Based in Bhatinda, India, the plant is expected to have a production capacity of 500,000 tons/year. The company is currently operating an existing 440,000 tons/year PP plant at the same site.
