Technical issues forced Thailand's PTT to reduce HDPE production rate
According to market sources, PTT Global Chemical (PTTGC) has lowered the production rate of one of its HDPE plants owing to technical issues.
Based in Map Ta Phut, Thailand, the No. 3 HDPE plant has a production capacity of 250,000 tons/year. A market source informed that the expectation of HDPE production loss will be around 10,000 tons/month.
