Chimei cuts operation rate at Zhenjiang ABS plant
It is reported that Chimei Corporation has reduced operation rate at its ABS plant in Zhenjiang, China by 50 percent this week due to squeezed profit margin and high inventories levels. The plant has an annual capacity of 850,000 tons/year.
Chimei is also operating a 1.35 million tons/year ABS plant in Taiwan, which has not seen any major production decision.
