China's Shaanxi Yanchang new plant successfully produce on-spec HDPE materials

According to market sources, Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Yan'an Energy and Chemical Co Ltd has successfully produce on-spec HDPE cargoes by 7 September 2018.

Based in Shaanxi, China, the company has a 250,000 tons/year PP plant and 450,000 tons/year PE plant whereby both plants have successfully carry out trial run since mid of May 2018. A source closed to the company informed that they managed to produce on-spec HDPE injection cargoes by end of last week, meanwhile PP production rate has stabilized by end of last month.
