Indonesia's Polytama restarted PP unit; backlog clearing in process

Indonesia’s PT Polytama Propindo has restarted its 180,000 tons/year PP unit in Balongan, Indonesia following a month-long maintenance work. However, the producer is still unable to offer large quantity for spot market at the moment as all efforts are on clearing the backlogs, a source close to the producer informed.
Polytama took its PP plant off-stream during late July following the turnaround at its propylene supplier – Pertamina.
