China's Formosa to restart PVC plant this week
According to market sources, Formosa Industries (Ningbo) is planning to restart its ethylene-based PVC plant by 7 September after planned maintenance.
Based in Ningbo, China, the PVC plant has a production capacity of 400,000 tons/year. It has been shut by 28 August 2018 for a 10-days long turnaround.
