China's Pucheng restarted coal-based PP production today
According to market sources, Pucheng Clean Energy Chemical Co Ltd has resumed its coal-based PP plant today after previous emergency shutdown.
Based in Shanxi, China, the company has a MTO-based PP plant with a production capacity of 400,000 ton/year. It has been shut since 16 August due to technical glitches.
