Malaysia's Petronas shuts cracker for turnaround
According to market sources, PETRONAS Chemicals Group (PCG) has shut its cracker for a planned maintenance since beginning of July.
Based in Kerteh, Malaysia, the cracker is able to produce 400,000 tons/year of ethylene. It is expected to remain off stream for around 6 weeks.
