Thailand's Bangkok Polyethylene to shut LDPE plant for maintenance
Market sources reported that Bangkok Polyethylene, a PTT Global Chemical (PTTGC) subsidiary, is planning to shut its LDPE plant by early September 2018 for a planned turnaround.
Based in Map Ta Phut, Thailand, the plant is able to produce 300,000 tons/year of LDPE. The maintenance is being scheduled for around 2 weeks.
