Malaysia's PETRONAS LDPE plant restarted from brief emergency shutdown

Market sources reported that PETLIN (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of PETRONAS has restarted its LDPE plant since last week after a brief maintenance due to unexpected technical glitches.
Based in Kerteh, Terengganu, Malaysia, the LDPE plant has a production capacity of 255,000 tons/year. It has been shut since mid of May 2018 and restarted on 23 May 2018.
