Successful trial run at China's Shaanxi Yanchang new PE plant

According to market sources, Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Yan'an Energy and Chemical Co Ltd has successfully completed trial production for its new PE plant today.

Based in Shaanxi, China, the plant is planning to startup its new coal-based 300,000 tons/year PP and 450,000 tons/year PE plant by June. Meanwhile, the company has successfully completed trial run for its new PP plant since mid of the month, as reported earlier. On-spec cargoes are expected to be available in the market by end of June onward.
