Chian's Shenhua Ningxia Coal restarted PP, PE production

According to market sources, Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group (Ningmei) Phase II has resumed production of its coal-based PP and PE plants since yesterday after previous emergency shutdown.

Based in Ningxia, China, the company has a 450,000 tons/year HDPE/LLDPE plant and two PP plants with total production capacity of 600,000 tons/year. These plants have been shut unexpectedly since 7 April due to technical glitches.
