India's IOCL to startup new PP plant within half a year

Market sources reported that Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) is planning to startup its new PP plant within the next 6 months.
Based in Paradip, India, the new PP plant has a production capacity of 700,000 tons/year. The plant will implement Spheripol Technology from Basell, Italy, and will be producing homo grade during the beginning stage.
In addition, there are two other projects which have been included for the petrochemical complex which consists of a 1.2 million tons/year of PTA plant and a petcoke gasification-based synthetic ethanol plant, which are going to be commissioned by September 2021.
