Thailand's Bangkok Polyethylene to shut LDPE plant for turnaround
Market sources reported that Bangkok Polyethylene, a subsidiary of PTT Global Chemical (PTTGC) is planning to shut its LDPE plant by early September for a planned maintenance.
Based in Map Ta Phut, Thailand, the plant has a production capacity of 300,000 tons/year. It is expected to remain off-stream for 2 weeks.
