Japan's Taiyo to shut PVC plant for turnaround
According to market sources, Taiyo Vinyl Corporation is planning to shut its PVC plant for a planned maintenance by early March 2018.
Based in Yokkaichi, Japan, the plant has a production capacity of 310,000 tons/year. It is expected to remain off-stream for around 8 weeks.
