Indonesian producer continue lifting local PP, PE prices

It is reported that a major Indonesian producer has annouced weekly PP and PE offers on the first trading day of the week with drastic hike on LLDPE cargoes while other grades only see an small increment.

The producer’s latest price list and changes are shown in the following table:

Players blamed the sharp increases in LLDPE offers to the fact the local supply might tighten in the coming week with PT. Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara delayed the restart of LLDPE line given high ethylene costs.
