Taiwan's GPPC to shut SM plant for maintenance in 2018
According to market sources, Grand Pacific Petrohcemical Corp (GPPC) is planning to shut its styrene monomer (SM) plant for a scheduled turnaround by mid of April 2018.
Based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, the SM plant has a production capacity of 250,000 tons/year. It is expected to remain off-stream for about 4 weeks.
