China Morning Express: 14 November 2017

PP futures for January delivery ended the morning session with decreased of CNY52/ton ($8/ton) from the previous session, reaching CNY9078/ton ($1169/ton without VAT).

Same contract for LLDPE concluded the session at CNY9785/ton ($1260/ton without VAT), stable.

PP spot market in East China at CNY8950-9100/ton ($‎1152-1171/ton without VAT), stable to CNY50/ton ($8/ton) reduction as compared to yesterday.

LLDPE film spot market in North China at CNY9600-9750/ton ($‎1236-1255/ton without VAT), a CNY50/ton ($8/ton) decreased compared to yesterday.

Futures market opened with a firmer trend in the morning, but retreated throughout the session, meanwhile sentiment in local market remained slow with most of the buyers still staying at the sideline, waiting for clearer market direction.
