Japan's Taiyo to shut PVC plant for turnaround in 2018
According to market sources, Taiyo Vinyl Corporation is planning to shut its PVC plant for a scheduled maintenance in March 2018.
Based in Yokkaichi, Japan, the PVC plant has a production capacity of 310,000 tons/year. It is expected to remain off-stream for 4 weeks.
