Qatari LDPE prices move higher in China

Chinese players reportedly received higher offers for Qatar with an increased of $90/ton for LDPE film to reach $1300/ton as compared to last month, CFR China, LC 60 days term.

A trader commented, “Basically our supplier do not have much supplies available, meanwhile Middle Eastern regions are having a week-long holiday for Eid Al Adha this week hence there is no official offers from producers. We feel that recent price levels might be nearing the peak, hence we are taking cautious stance to wait and see.”
