Strict environmental inspection forced China's Tianjin Dagu's PVC plant to run at low rate
According to market sources, Tianjin Dagu Chemical Co Ltd has being forced to limit its production rate to 50% recently due to ongoing enforcement of environmental inspection.
Based in Tianjin, China, the plant has a production capacity of 800,000 ton/year. A source closed to the company informed that they are currently facing tight supply situation, and the production limitation is expected to sustain at least until next month.
