Indonesia to postpone implementation of ADD on import PET

As reported on 17 August 2017, Anti-Dumping Committee of Indonesia has submitted a proposal of antidumping duties rate on import PET for public hearing after completed the investigation process. The proposed antidumping rate for import PET from China and South Korea ranging from 5.6-26% while from Malaysia at 3%.

The proposal faced high challenges from buyers, from which the Committee decided to extend the investigation process by another 3 months. New results shall be announced by January 2018. Meanwhile, no ADD shall be implemented during the re-investigation process.
