China's Shenhua Baotou to shut PP and PE plants for maintenance
Market sources reported that Shenhua Baotou Coal Chemical Co is planning to shut its coal based PP and PE plant on 4 September 2017 for a scheduled turnaround.
Based in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, China, the company has coal-based PP and PE units each with 300,000 ton/year of production capacity. The plants are expected to remain off-stream for 15 days.
