Japan's Taiyo shuts PVC plant for turnaround
According to market sources, Taiyo Vinyl Corporation has shut its PVC plant since last week for a scheduled maintenance.
Based in Chiba, Japan, the PVC plant has a production capacity of 90,000 tons/year. It is expected to remain off-stream for about 4 weeks.
