Emergency breakdown at China's Baofeng PE plant, minor impact

Market sources reported that Ningxia Baofeng Energy Group Co Ltd has unexpectedly shut its MTO and coal-based PE plant today due to technical glitches.

Based in Ningxia, China, the company has a 600,000 ton/year MTO unit and a 300,000 tons/year coal-based PE plant. A source closed to the company informed that the impact will not be too huge, as they are planning to restart the plants in 1-2 days time.
