South Korea's Hanwha to shut PVC plant for turnaround
According to market sources, Hanwha Chemical Co Ltd is planning to shut its PVC plant in October 2017 for a scheduled maintenance.
Based in Ulsan, South Korea, the PVC plant has a production capacity of 300,000 tons/year. It is expected to remain off-stream for 15-20 days.
