Qatar's PE offers stay firm in China market

A major producer from Qatar imposed price increase to China by $5/ton for LLDPE C4 film to reach $1145/ton and $10/ton hike for LDPE film to reach $1195/ton as compared to last week, all based on CFR China, LC AS term.

A trader commented, “Our supplier is still having limited supply especially for LDPE cargoes, meanwhile in the coming weeks we are seeing overall inventory pressure for imported cargoes are low, hence we are expecting for firm outlook throughout the month.”
