Taiwan's Formosa to shut LLDPE plant for maintenance
According to market sources, Formosa Plastics Corporation (FPC) is planning to shut its LLDPE unit for a scheduled turnaround starting mid of August 2017.
Based in Mailiao, Taiwan, the LLDPE plant has a production capacity of 260,000 tons/year. It is expected to remain off-stream for about a month.
