China's FREP restarted LLDPE production
According to market sources, Fujian Refining & Petrochemical Company Limited (FREP) has resumed its LLDPE plant since 23 July 2017 after emergency shutdown.
Based in Fujian, China, the LLDPE unit has a 450,000 ton/year of production capacity. It has encountered unexpected shutdown since 18 July 2017 due to technical glitches.
