Saudi maker stepped back on LLDPE film prices to Vietnam

According to market sources, a major Saudi Arabia producer has opened offers for LLDPE film to Vietnam at $20/ton lower than last week, at $1100/ton CIF Vietnam, LC AS term. Several deals are reported without any additional discount.

A distributor informed, “We have total of 400 tons and sold out most of the quantity by now. Customers are slowly catching the bottom prices considering more stable upstream ethylene costs. We think market might be heading for stabilization.”
