Thailand producer down adjusted HDPE prices to selective Vietnamese customers

A major Thailand producer reportedly concluded couple of deals for HDPE cargoes with additional $10/ton discount from last week, reaching $1125/ton for HDPE film and $1135/ton for HDPE blow molding, CIF Vietnam, LC AS term.

Source close to the producer informed, “We have sold out allocation after the two deals and temporary stopped all offering.” The source also added that the quantity is not too large while it is end of the month, hence they decided to reduce prices.
