Saudi maker reduced weekly homo-PP offers to Vietnam

A major Saudi Arabia producer has announced fresh weekly homo-PP prices to Vietnam today with $10/ton reduction from initial offers given last week, reaching $1090/ton CIF Vietnam, LC AS term for both yarn and injection grades. A number of buyers are placing bid at $30-40/ton discount.

A market source said, “The supplier decided to offer earlier than usual given the up-coming holidays. We planned to make a small purchases if the supplier agree to our buy idea to balance up the higher costs cargoes we procured last week.”
