Malaysia's PETRONAS to shut HDPE unit for brief maintenance
According to market players, PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad is planning to shut its HDPE/LLDPE swing plant on 16 April 2017 for a scheduled turnaround.
Based in Kerteh, Malaysia, the swing plant has a production capacity of 220,000 ton/year. The plant is expected to remain off-stream until 19 April 2017.
