Japan's JX to restart FCC unit
According to market sources, JX Nippon Oil and Energy is planning to restart its FCC unit by 9 April 2017 after a scheduled turnaround.
Based in Osaka, Japan, the FCC unit is able to produce 70,000 tons/year of propylene. It has been shut since 10 March 2017.
