Taiwanese major lifted April PVC offers to regional markets

According to market sources, a major Taiwanese producer has announced new PVC offers for April delivery with $20/ton increased from last month to all markets, reaching $970/ton CFR China/ CIF Southeast Asia and $1030/ton CIF India, LC AS term.

An Indian trader commented, “The new offers indicated smaller hike than expected and at the moment we are monitoring market respond. We think buyers in the country might not resist too strongly toward the new offers.”
