Thai major hold firm stance on PP, PE offers to Indonesia

A major Thailand producer has announced fresh weekly offers to Indonesia today at mostly unchanged levels compared to previous week, except $10/ton decreased on PP block copolymer cargoes. Latest price list and week on week changes are shown in the following table:

Buyers in the country remain irresponsive to the new offers pointing to the competitive local material and general softening trend in the region. The maker therefore, is expected to concede to large discount in order to attract buying interest.
