UPDATE: Singapore's ExxonMobil to shut cracker and PP, PE unit for maintenance
According to market sources, ExxonMobil Singapore is planning to shut its PP and PE units for scheduled turnaround in March 2017 and cracker in April-May period.
Based in Singapore, the company has a total production capacity of 1 million tons/year of ethylene, 1.8 million tons/year of PE and 900,000 tons/year of PP. The units are expected to remain off-stream for about 2 months.
