Taiwan's Formosa shuts VCM lines for maintenance
According to market sources, Formosa Plastics Corporation (FPC) has shut its two VCM lines for a scheduled turnaround since mid February 2017.
Based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, each of the VCM lines have a production capacity of 240,000 tons/year. It is expected to remain off-stream until April.
